I know how difficult it is to enjoy a full and happy life when suffering from chronic pain. I know what living with chronic pain feels like – from the physical and mental anguish to the cost of medications, treatments, doctor, and clinic visits – not to mention the aggravation of just trying to do normal day-to-day activities. In addition, I know that sometimes it feels like the pain is unique and no one else can understand.

I can absolutely relate to your physical pain, the challenges you face day to day, and the desperation in finding a remedy for ending the crippling nightmare.

At times, people who suffer with chronic pain feel like they are all alone with their pain. Yes, they may have the support and love from family members but their struggle is a true reality and a very personal one.

Whether it’s because medications are ineffective or too expensive — or because they do not want to be dependent on drugs — a growing number of people are turning to complementary and alternative medicine for pain management. Pain is a common complaint among people who seek out such alternative treatments.

This course is a compilation of my  years of research – and my journey from chronic pain being 100% on the scale to about 10%. I do have flare-ups when I am in more pain than usual – however I lead a full life, and so can you.

This course is for all those out there who suffer from any kind of pain, whether mild or chronic – to let you know that there is hope, and that you can lead a full life by making a few changes – changes which will not put you out of pocket, simple changes which anyone can make.
