One practice that has helped me so much over the years is taking the time to perform psychic protection techniques before I feel like I might need them. A lot of people do the opposite, waiting until a crisis, a psychic attack, a bad day or until an aggressive boss shows up – and then quickly whipping out the spiritual protection measures to minimize the damage. There is nothing wrong with that approach, because it can certainly be effective, and I will be sharing many such emergency techniques in this book. However, I have found that being proactive and doing some energy work before-hand can often help prevent bigger catastrophes from happening altogether. In this course I will share my most effective ‘preventative maintenance’ spiritual protection techniques; the things I do on a regular basis before I go out into the world and interact with other people.

Signs that you may need spiritual protection

• Certain people or places leave you feeling drained.
