Walking with Cacao
This course is a practical and grounded training in how to hold cacao ceremony with clarity, steadiness and care. You will learn how to prepare ceremonial cacao, create a space that feels safe and contained, and guide a gathering from beginning to end in a way that supports presence rather than pressure. Through simple, structured guidance, you will come to understand how to work with breath, silence, reflection and group dynamics so that each participant can meet their own experience in their own way.
Alongside these practical skills, the course gently develops your awareness as a facilitator. You will explore how your presence shapes the room, how to respond to emotional shifts without overwhelm, and how to hold clear boundaries and ethical responsibility in different settings. This is not about performance or creating intensity, but about learning to hold space with integrity, allowing each ceremony to unfold naturally within a steady and supportive container.
