Many of us are afraid to step out into the world and make things happen, and so we hang back, dreaming and waiting and watching. There are times in life when this is the right thing to do, but this phase of inaction must eventually give way to its opposite if we are to build our dreams into a reality. This can be really scary, and we may fail and struggle, but that is okay because that is what we are supposed to do. Waiting for everything to be perfect before we act, or waiting for what we want to be handed to us, leaves us waiting forever. No one expects us to be perfect, so the best thing we can do for ourselves is to get out there and take action on our dreams.

One of the hardest parts about having a vision is that when we test it in the laboratory of life, it often comes out looking completely different than what we had in mind or, worse, it doesn’t come out at all. If you read the life stories of people who have brought their dreams into reality, you will hear many stories about this experience. But you will also hear about hard work, taking action, perseverance, and, finally, the successful birthing of a dream.

The Happiness Flush Empowerment will free us to be happy and do things like achieve our goals, have fulfilling relationships, successful careers and receive abundance in all areas of our life. The flush will clear negative emotions from past and current life experiences such as wounds from childhood and traumas, past events and situations that have caused us pain. Independence Empowerment is for anyone who is missing someone who used to be in their life. This could be due to schedule changes or a change in the status of a relationship. Maybe the person has passed away. Maybe they are simply busy and things you used to do together, you are now doing alone. There are energy functions to bring your helping healing guardians in order to be present with you to witness your sadness. Later you can release some of your sadness with another energy function.

Sadness Release assists the sadness to start moving through you. It doesn’t all have to go away. Some people think that if they don’t feel sadness, then they aren’t honoring the person they are missing. This is especially true if someone is mourning a loved one who died. There is this feeling that in order to honour the person, we must be very sad. That is cultural and sometimes causes emotional distress. It is healthy both to miss the person as well as to move forward joyously in your own life! You are never dishonoring the person if you don’t sacrifice by being sad and lowering your own frequency in misery. Sadness Release will help get the energy to move if it has been stuck. There are times when a person is sad about a loved one’s absence and yet they aren’t able to feel any emotion at all about it. To move through a feeling of sadness can often make way for starting to actually live life in a more enjoyable way.
